ORDERING INFORMATION
The following
is a list of terms and conditions that answer common questions
about ordering items from our catalogue. Please read through
these terms carefully before placing your order. Thank you.
1. Ordering:
Name & Address should be clearly printed. Goods should be
listed by Page, Code Number and Quantity required. Specify size
and colour. If you are a Club Member please include your membership
number and expiry date with your order.
2. Selection of Merchandise:
It is suggested that when making your selection, a second choice
should be listed. This will avoid delay in shipping if the item
is temporarily out of stock.
3. Prices:
Prices shown in this catalogue are your NET COST F.O.B. OUR MONTREAL
WAREHOUSE. This catalogue cancels all previous ones.
4. Shipping:
Parcels under 30 kg. will be shipped Parcel Post unless otherwise
specified. For parcels over 30 kg. please specify desired transport.
N.B. Ammunition
or any other explosives cannot be shipped via mail.
5. Delivery:
Allow 10 to 14 days for delivery.
6. Payments:
When paying by VISA or MASTERCARD, all taxes (when applicable),
shipping and handling charges will be added directly to your
invoice. If paying C.O.D. (cash On Delivery), we require a deposit
of 25% by certified cheque or money order. Do not send cash.
7. Special Savings
on Parcel Post Shipments:
In order to save C.O.D. charges, calculate the total of your
order plus GST and PST (Where applicable), approximate postage,
insurance and handling. Overpayments will be automatically refunded.
8. No Returns Will
Be Accepted Without Our Consent:
Merchandise will be accepted for exchange or refund within 14
days from date of purchase. No returns or exchanges on Firearms.
Binoculars will be accepted only for defects. Returns must be
prepaid, unused and in its original package with sales slip.
Do not return rods, reels or any other equipment to us for repair.
All merchandise is guaranteed for defects by the Manufacturer
or Distributor and should be returned directly to them or their
Service Depot. If you do not have the proper address, we will
gladly supply you with the information. Merchandise shipped is
insured, carefully checked and packed. Should loss or breakage
occur, please contact the shipping agent at once and file a claim.
9. Catalogue Printing
Errors - Substitutions:
We aim for the utmost accuracy in preparation of our catalogue,
however, due to circumstances beyond our control, errors do occur.
We reserve the right to make adjustments in pricing, descriptions
and quantities available. Occasionally an advertised item may
no longer be available, we reserve the right to substitute an
item of equal or better value without notice and adjust the selling
price accordingly.
10. Price & Specification
Changes:
Owing to reasons beyond our control all prices and specifications
quoted are subject to change without notice. Any increase in
costs due to federal or provincial gov't tax regulations will
be immediatly added to these prices.
11. Non-Valid Returns:
Parcels returned without authorization or valid reason will carry
a 10% handling charge.
12. Backorders:
Items not shipped are temporarily out of stock and not charged
for. We do not keep backorders.
13. To Purchase a
Firearm:
You must supply a valid Possession and Acquisition License (P.A.L.)
number, along with your birth date and your place of birth.
14. To Purchase Ammunition:
You must supply a copy of either a valid Possession and Acquisition
License (P.A.L.), or a Possession Ownership License (P.O.L).
Please Note: Ammunition cannot go via mail. CANPAR only.
PLEASE
NOTE: Firearms & Ammunition can only be shipped
to permit holder's address.
15. Gift Certificates:
Shipped by registered mail a postage cost of $10.00 will
be added to your order.
US & FOREIGN ORDERS:
- Orders must be paid in Canadian
funds.
- Minimum Order: $100.00.
- Payment is by credit card.
- Handling charge $ 6.00 per order.
- Firearms & hazardous materials:
ammunition, powder, etc... - cannot be shipped out of Canada.
- Orders are F.O.B. Montreal.
- Duties & Importation Taxes
are responsibility of customer.
- Allow 6 weeks for delivery.
